Delivery
Orders are posted from my studio just outside Markinch within five working days. If, for some reason, I’m unable to post your item within this timeframe (I am a one man operation!) I’ll get in touch and let you know.
Please ensure you provide the correct address when completing your transaction, as mistakes cannot be rectified once your order has been shipped.
Standard
£0.65 – £5.05 depending on item size.
Delivery within UK
Orders will be posted via Royal Mail Second Class, and take an estimated 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch. If you need your order quicker than this, you can upgrade at checkout.
Studio Pick Up
Orders can also be collected in person from my studio in Markinch, contact me to arrange.
Returns
I hope you love your purchase, but if you are unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, I am happy to issue a refund or exchange for any unworn/unused items provided it is in the same condition it was supplied in. Please get in touch within 7 days of your item’s delivery to discuss a refund – items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
- personalised or custom orders
- digital downloads
Delivery costs for any returned items will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for your postage costs for delivering an item, unless that item is faulty. You are responsible for the product until it reaches me. If you return something I will contact you by email to let you know I have received it.
Communications
As well as an order confirmation and dispatch confirmation email, you will receive a request to leave a review two weeks after your order has been dispatched. I am always so grateful for your reviews as it really helps people to see the products and the service I provide at it’s best.
