Final post of 2023

I ended this year with a long and stormy drive down to Yorkshire to wish farewell to a much loved uncle. To send him on his way, to another realm. To give love to his family. To be there for my Dad, and to remember his light. He was a shining soul in my life. From afar, and from phone

One year

One year. A whole collection, bonded together within hours and minutes. Scattered between sunshine and showers. Happy times and sad. Travels and home. Memories and moments. My children. My husband. My family and my friends. I draw amongst it all. Paint pictures on paper and somehow try to document the way the world makes me feel. Tiny lines places together.

Wrapping up the year with gratitude: 2000 miles behind and 2000 more to go!

Wrapping the last of my parcels, listening to Christmas songs, psyching myself up for a run once I’ve cleared my tasks and head of busy!  This last while has felt epic and exhausting, but likewise, JOYOUS and so very lovely to catch up with Market friends, and make new friends along the way.  My own JOYimprinted is what I set
